Laura's Yoga Classes

       Monday at 10am, Tuesday at 6pm & Fridays at 10am        $10 a class or 2 classes/week $15

With Laura Erbe Tudor

The Monday  at 10am and Tuesday at 6pm classes will be in the Vinyasa style

(“flowing with breath”),

suitable for all levels (modifications and fuller expressions of poses will be cued)

 and is a style of yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with breath.

Our flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with

creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures,

back bending, arm balancing, and a  strong focus on the power of breath awareness.

The Friday 10am class will be a Restorative Yoga Class. 

This class will typically involve

fewer poses, held for a longer time period and supported by props that allow you to

completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, poses include light twists,

seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.  Restorative yoga is strongly encouraged

for all levels, and for those with no yoga background.


Laura is a RYT-200ytt instructor, Exercise Physiologist and athlete.  She enjoys teaching all types of yoga although focuses on Power Yoga, strong Vinyasa flows, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, yoga for injuries and yoga for amputees.  Her background in physiology, rehabilitation and research has led her to understand the body and has seen the positive effects that yoga has through her personal practice and training.  She will also offer private and semi-private classes and looks forward to meeting you.  Namaste!
