Laura's Yoga Classes

Laura Erbe Tudor

 Vinyasa style (“flowing with breath”), suitable for all levels (modifications and fuller expressions of poses will be cued)  and is a style of yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with breath. Our flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a  strong focus on the power of breath awareness.  Laura is a RYT-200ytt instructor, Exercise Physiologist and athlete.  

Laura enjoys teaching all types of yoga although focuses on Power Yoga, strong Vinyasa flows, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, yoga for injuries and yoga for amputees.  Her background in physiology, rehabilitation and research has led her to understand the body and has seen the positive effects that yoga has through her personal practice and training.  She will also offer private and semi-private classes and looks forward to meeting you.  Namaste!
