Claire Godbee and Ashley Morrison.
Claire will be teaching Mondays at 7:15pm
Ashley will be teaching Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:15pm

Starting Tuesday, October 4th at 6:00 pm,
India will be offering Mellow Yoga
on Tuesdays for a limited time.
Mellow Yoga is also offered on Wednesdays at 10:45am & Saturdays at 10:30am.
"Mellow Yoga is a slower-paced environment
for enjoying the full range of benefits of Hatha yoga,
helping to eliminate the fear of injury or judgment.
If moving through the traditional
Sun Salutation is not a pleasant experience,
or you want a cooler, gentler approach
(especially after a day at work),
Mellow Yoga might be exactly what you are looking for!
Most classes will begin seated or reclined,
with traditional poses modified on the knees,
abdomen, or reclining.
Classes may include short standing practices.
" Knee pads are available at the studio.
(If you are unable to be on the hands and knees,
though, please consider our Chair Yoga classes.)

We are pleased to introduce
Glenn Sloan, LMT
He will be working
some evenings and weekends.
Glenn graduated from
the Birmingham School of Massage in 2016.
He is licensed in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular modalities.
His primary interest is the use of massage for stress relief.
Glenn initially became interested in massage after his time in the Army.
After 8 years of active duty, he realized that he wanted
to work to make people feel better.
We also have Wellness Memberships & Massage Packages
available to make your self-care plan more affordable.
Our Wellness Membership Program provides
one 60, or 90 Minute massage
per month at discounted rates.
Massage appointments available:
Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturdays 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Sundays and other times possible with prior arrangements
